23 Weeks

The posts just keep on comin. Here we are at Week 23, with the little guys weighing approximately 1 pound each, and taking up more and more and more room in our girl's belly. Think she'll always be able to fit in that shirt? Only time will tell.

And now for a piece from our Poet Laureate

Oh how big is my sister’s belly?
Could it be that it is full of jelly?
She claims she stopped eating at the greasy deli.
Perhaps it is from stuffing her face with Cheetos while watching the telly.

Day by day, she grows and grows
Now she can’t fit into her old clothes
She is so large, she can’t see her toes
How big she’ll get, nobody knows.

In a few short months, we’ll get to meet the babies
I hope they don’t pop out with scabies
If left alone with a raccoon, they will get rabies
Will I be their favorite? I don’t know! Maybes!

22 Weeks

I know y'all are waiting for Week 22's post, so here it is.  I have been working on a poem to submit with the picture, but it just isn't finished yet.  Also, I don't have any information about their sizes.

If I had to guess, I would say that the boys are likely the size of the telephone sitting on my desk, but seeing as how you all can't see the telephone on my desk, we are going to have to wait for more info.

Hopefully, my wife and I will finish the pregnant poem and post it later today.  Although, don't hold your breath.

21 Weeks

Our girl is large and in charge here at Week 21. She claims the gentlemen are the size of large bananas, but I don't believe that they went from some approx. round fruit to some weird, long pencil-like one in the span of one week.

The good news is that we know the boys are 14 oz. and growing. Based on the size of this belly, however, I would have guess that they each weighed about 20 lbs.

And perhaps more importantly, they are already showing their commitment to Change We Can Believe In by attempting to kick their way out. Or at least that is what Gigantor says it feels like anyway.
